Borrowing Process

We are so glad you are here! We hope you have found what you are looking for and more with us! 

The borrowing process: 

  • Take a look around our page and take note of items you love
  • Fill out our rental request form - we will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours with an official cost proposal. 
  • Upon agreement of the proposal, we require a $100 deposit that will secure your rental date.  This will be refunded after items are returned. 
  • 50% of the amount will be due 14 days before pickup or delivery.
  • Remainder is due on decided pickup or delivery day. 

We are so excited to make beautiful events with you! 

Pickup - Included in the rental

Rentals are available for 72-hour rental periods. 

Each additional day will be charged total rental amount 

Delivery - Starting at $50

Does not  include:

Set up 



Items must be ready upon decided pickup time

Smaller rentals must be put back into their original packaging

30-mile radius, additional mileage will be an extra fee

Orders minimum of $100, eligible for delivery 


Customer must sign a contract upon delivery or pickup

Damaged or lost rentals

Rentals are the customers responsibility upon pickup or delivery.  Rentals that are returned broken or not returned will be charged to the card on file.


Not real wax candles allowed on rental items -unless specified 


All payments will be made through our email invoices 

A credit card will be kept on file incase of damages 

Cancellation Policy

We know that life happens unexpected and fast. If you need to cancel your event or reschedule your services with us, please let us know as soon as possible. A 100 refund will be issued if you cancel before 30 days of your event date. 

Within 30 days of cancellation policy breakdown: 

20|30 days 75% refund 

10|20 days 50% refund 

10|Event day 0% refund
